RAOCON Construction has officially commenced work on a new airspace development at 28 Eaton Road in South Sutton, adding 10 high-quality residential units to the existing building.

This innovative project will see the construction of two new upper floors atop a 1960s residential block, transforming unused rooftop space into much-needed homes. The development is being delivered through RAOCON Development One Ltd, a project-specific SPV, with RAOCON Construction Ltd acting as turnkey contractor and project lead.

The scheme was granted Prior Approval for upward extension and includes:

  • Additional cycle and refuse storage
  • Full compliance with space standards, natural daylight and ventilation requirements
