Akhil is responsible for leading the company’s financial governance, reporting, and strategic planning functions. With over a decade of experience in finance and audit across multiple industries, Akhil brings deep expertise in IFRS, FP&A, statutory compliance, and risk management. He manages the end-to-end financial reporting cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and audit coordination, and regularly presents financial insights to the Executive team. Akhil has successfully led ERP implementations across multi-company groups, built high-performing finance teams, and contributed to long-term financial planning and cost optimization. His leadership continues to drive operational excellence and strategic financial outcomes for Raocon.
