We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.

In this role will play a vital part in maintaining financial discipline, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic business decisions as Raocon continues its growth journey.

Furthermore, in this role you will:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
• Handle project accounting, including bi-weekly reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure correct VAT/GST allocation and compliance with tax regulations.
• Perform regular reconciliations for banks, vendors, and credit accounts.
• Prepare and dispatch sales invoices on time.
• Support month-end closing processes and financial reporting.
• Maintain and update fixed asset and inventory records.
• Assist in revenue recognition and transfer pricing documentation.
• Undertake additional accounting and finance tasks as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting/finance operations experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Tally, Dext.
• Solid understanding of VAT/GST and compliance standards.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a high-performance environment.
