We had a very pleasant experiance working with Rao. He was very professional and he had a great team of workers who made sure the project completed on time as promised. I think he surely does his best to deliver the project on time which is his main plus.

I have had a very postive experince working with Roacon. Their quote was very clear and concise. Contract is well defined. Work execution as per schedule and good thing is they give 6 months of garantees of their works. Quality of their workforce is excellent. Compliants are well taken care of and corrected promptly. HSE execution may need a bit of improvement.

Right from the first contact they were professional and easy to deal with. The designer added a lot of value giving us more improved the look /appeal of our addition from the street. The building team were very courteous but most importantly very good. The site was left clean and tidy at the end of each day and rubbish was removed. The job was finished as per the contract price and on time without any defects. We have since had very heavy rain and storms and have no problems at all. I would be happy to recommend RAOCON.

Raocon have been fantastic. They built our rear extension in March 2025 and we are very happy with the commitment they showed to the work. Lots of quality subcontractors work for them and Raocon do a good job managing the work and ensuring smooth delivery. There were a couple of instances where unavoidable delays due to other vendors occurred, but Raocon made up for this. Also the quality of output was nothing short of top order.
