Site Manager – Night Shift

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple residential construction projects in the UK. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving site performance, maintaining compliance, and ensuring that every project meets RAOCON’s high standards for Safety, On-Time Delivery, Within Budget, and Quality.

Furthermore, in this role you will:

• Manage daily site operations across multiple construction projects.
• Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and trades.
• Monitor workmanship and carry out quality inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and regulations.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and escalate design or construction risks where required.
• Coordinate Building Control inspections and obtain all necessary approvals.
• Manage site materials, deliveries, and project documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Company policies.
• Minimize material waste and maximize site productivity.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Support the training and development of site personnel.
• Provide regular site progress updates and reports to senior management.

Furthermore, you have:

• Bachelor’s degree, HNC/HND, NVQ Level 6, or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in site management within residential or commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and site operations.
• Excellent understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation, CDM Regulations, and Building Regulations.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and multiple site activities simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and site reporting systems.
• Valid CSCS Card and SMSTS certification (essential).
• First Aid at Work certification (desirable).
